June is here and the midnight sun is doing its best to melt away the last bit of winter. The birds are busy nesting, and the bigger migrating whales are getting closer. If we get lucky we might get to spot them from our boats.
We continue our boat season; walrus safari every morning, wildlife tours every night and Ny Ålesund twice a week.
The sea ice is gone and we start offering our kayak trips in front of the Svea glacier. A unique tour where we use our boats to get to a remote glacier and kayak among the bouldering glacier and floating ice bergs.
The snowmobile season is almost over, all the snow in the terrain is gone, but we can offer a hike up to a glacier where we there still is some snow. Here you get a taste of the winter and get to try out snowmobiles.
